Loved the spacious room with a lovely balcony and a cozy fireplace. Our little fur baby was overjoyed with the pet-friendly vibe. The soft bed had us snoozing like royalty!
The elevator decided it was a great hide-and-seek champion, leaving us stranded. Oh, and the fireplace? Just a decorative piece!

The room was so spacious, it felt like I was checked into a small apartment rather than a hotel! The wrap-around balcony provided a beautiful view, and sitting by the gas fireplace made me feel like I was in a cozy cabin rather than just a guestroom. The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a dog park.

spacious room layout, inviting lobby decor, mountain-themed artwork
The elevators seemed outdated and a bit run down!!! !!! A little more attention to cleanliness wouldn't hurt!!! It would be nice if the hallways had some fresh scent or better lighting!!!

Yo, the dining scene around Gatlinburg is straight fire! Hit up Atrium Pancakes for some next-level stacks, and be sure to drop by Smoky Mountain Trout House for fresh catches that'll blow your mind. Also, the beds were comfy and the location was convenient for exploring. Can't forget to mention the friendly staff who tried to make the best of it!
But lemme tell ya, it was dirty! My sheets had hairs everywhere, and digging into the covers uncovered a used bandaid. The bathroom had mystery stains that didn't smell too fresh, and the free breakfast was mid. Plus, you gotta hustle about five minutes to even hit the main drag.
